I made tiramisu. The whipping cream isn't quite the right one. Smells
fine so far. The recipe is easy but the cleaning up is massive! My right arm
aches a little from the straight 20 minutes of whisking. Made a bigger tub
for the kids and 2 small ones of Shadiq and Gin.T. Now, the problem is
that we have no disposable spoons! No way are we going to eat with hands.
I think I made a little too much filling. The coffee-soaked lady fingers are
rather mushy. Wonder if that is the right texture. Well, we'll see the response
tomorrow. I doubt that there will be complaints but as for the poisoning part,
i can't guarantee it...:) No alcohol in this batch. If it's alright, more will come..:)
