life had been pretty kind
other than the
recent contour drawing disasters, the
neverended wait for the crappy woodblocks cuts, the
near and nearer book checking, the
miserable camp for teachers to train girl guides,
yes, those girls in blue with two pigtails for honour, the
marks chasing for the good-for-nothings, oh, that's in March, and,
there were the surrealist flops with hatching, crosshatching, stippling in Feb, and january was a daze with nothing but a full time job finally.
i am writing this
while babysitting a girl carving away.
fine by me,
the mark, marks, marking has reached its upper limit.
no more no more for today.
