quitting..

my friend is done with smoking...it's been a couple of weeks now...didn't think she was gonna make it...she persisted...:) damn right i was wrong... i'm adamant about going on pill therapy this time around...guess quitting smoking would be unavoidable...hell, that's gonna be tough...i'll visit the polyclinic tomorrow and make an appointment for the mental institute...better now than later right...
