- i get to listen to the 'real' artists 'really' talking about their life and work.
- i learn firsthand information and techniques that they dun offer in books.
- i dun feel pressurised to talk to them about art, they understand.
- i dun really have to make work to be equal, my opinion is often taken with grace.
- i get invitations to shows where they serve great food.
- i get to see things clearer from various perspectives outside and after seminars.
- i get to meet artists as human beings, not a page out of a catalogue.
- i get to share wonderful moments because they are my friends...
